• Session (30min)- $70
• Session (45min)- $100
• Session (55min)- $135

• 60 Minute Session $75

INSURANCE

Note On Insurance: We are happy to accept insurance, as we are contracted with 50+ Insurance Companies. However please be aware that in order to accept insurance we must provide you with a diagnosis that will become part of your permanent medical record. This may have implications for “pre-existing conditions” for future insurance needs etc. We may also have to release your documents to your insurance company for review. If you are using out-of-network benefits, it will be in your best interest to call your insurance first to see if they cover telehealth services, how many visits you are covered for and what they will reimburse you for. We cannot guarantee reimbursement by your insurance.

Payment is required at the time of service via all major credit card carriers. HSA/HRA cards (for video services only). We will provide you with a link to provide payment. For future sessions your card can be kept on file and billed automatically.
